Episode 61: Duel of Hadoukyuu
Kawamura wins the first rally after using his 2-handed Hadoukyuu and continues his pace, taking the first game. However, his lead doesn't last long as Kabaji is able to copy Kawamura's move, making Kawamura get a taste of his own medicine. Kawamura doesn't believe that Kabaji can hit the shot at first, but it's no coincidence since Kabaji can use his 2-handed Hadoukyuu again and again. As time progresses, Kabaji gets even at 2-2 game count. Feeling the need for more power, Kawamura switches to the 1-handed Hadoukyuu, which gives more power, but causes more damage. Ryuzaki-sensei tells Kawamura to stop using it repeatedly, but he doesn't listen. All Kawamura wants is victory for Seigaku. The two keep on firing the Hadoukyuu at each other until Kabaji finally is unable to hold his racquet anymore. Unfortunately, Kawamura is in the same state and the match is considered no game. After seeing Kawamura's game, Fuji asks to borrow Kawamura's racquet for his Singles 2 match.

Episode 62: Disappearing Serve
Kawamura and Kabaji get taken to the doctor by Ryuzaki-sensei. While she's gone, Ryoma takes the seat as bench coach on his own, even though Fuji doesn't mind. On the other side, Akutagawa is half awake and Atobe tells him to wake up as he heads for the court. Fuji gets first serve and starts off seriously right away. At first everyone though he was doing an underhand serve, but there is a trick to it. As Akutagawa was about to hit the ball, it disappeared, surprising everyone! This seems to have Akutagawa wide awake now, as he attempts to receive this serve. Fuji easily takes the first game.
Akutagawa goes on offense with his serve and volley strategy. Seeing this, Fuji aims the ball at his feet, which is extremely difficult to return. However, Akutagawa is able to return in across the net. At first people think it's luck, but when Fuji attempts the same trick again, Akutagawa shows his true skills and is actually aiming to return it.
Fuji keeps his next service game, and prevents Akutagawa from gaining points by using his counters (Higuma Otoshi). Fuji tells Echizen that he will also use his third counter shot.

Episode 63: The Last Triple Counter
Hakugei is the name of the third triple counter (meaning "white whale" literally). Akutagawa is serving, but not discouraged at all by Fuji's strength. He is actually rather amazed and excited. Akutagawa approaches the net as usual, and it seems that Fuji's return is unusually weak. Surprisingly the ball hops and lands at the end of the court, then bounces and returns back into Fuji's hand. Akutagawa just stands there speechless. Fuji makes use of the wind and a super backspin to accomplish this move. [note: No matter how I look at this it defies laws of physics =P] And very soon the match is over, 6-1 for Fuji. Although losing the match in such a quick fashion, Akutagawa is far from depressed. Rather he is all hyper about Fuji's skill.
The final match is about to come, and Tezuka asks Echizen to accompany him for warming up. Meanwhile other teams have gathered to watch this last match between Atobe and Tezuka. Teams such as Rokkaku, and last year's champion, Rikkai. Tezuka's warm up ends after he gets 3 points in the match (Echizen suggested the idea) and the two return to the court. As Atobe and Tezuka face each other on the court, Atobe makes a comment about Tezuka's arm.

Episode 64: Super Soldier Tenipuri/ Beware of Snow White!?/ Jump Out! Seigaku
Sidetrack from the main storyline, the tenipuri characters turn into chibi form and there are 3 mini stories associated with this episode.
The first one involves Mizuki, an alien, trying to conquer Earth. He is sitting in a dinosaur-like machine (with Horio's face) and branding the "2 years experience" all over Seigaku school property. Of course the tennis team was not going to let this continue. Each of them use their special moves to stop Horio/ Mizuki. In the end, it was Echizen's Twist Serve combined with Inui's special tennis ball that saved Horio and foiled Mizuki's evil plans.
The next story is a parody on Snow White, where Ibu is the villain and Ryuuzaki-sensei is Snow White ^^; Of course, when Ibu asks the mirror that famous question, the mirror also replies with the well-known answer. Hearing this, Ibu is angry and sends people to get rid of Snow White. She gets thrown into a forest and is discovered by the dwarves (Seigaku). But this Snow White is a rather rude one and treats the dwarves like servants. Because Snow White was eating all the food, they end up fighting over the poisonous apple that Ibu eventually brings to them. Being left out of the action, Ibu notices Snow White beside him and take a look, only to find an ugly hag. Ibu is traumatized by the fact that the mirror said that even this ugly hag is more beautitul than he is XD.
Finally the last story revolves around Inui's new Hyper Remix Juice. After drinking this new creation both Echizen and Fuji get really heated up and continue on with their unfinished duel [episode 40]. The rest of the team also get fired up after drinking it. While the game ends up in a tie, and the team ends up running off into the sunset, a very happy Inui remains scribbling lots of useful data he was able to collect.

Episode 65: Become Seigaku's Pillar of Support
The whole Hyotei team cheers as Atobe walks to the center of the court. Atobe puts on a good show before starting the match, throwing his jacket up in the air at the end. The two captains shake hands before beginning their match. The match gets intense right off the bat, neither giving each other any leeways. Atobe gains the first point, but Tezuka gets the next one using his Tezuka Zone, which directs all returns back to his direction. However, Atobe has the ability to spot weaknesses, and once again comments on Tezuka's arm hurting. Oishi responds to this, that Tezuka's arm should have fully recovered. The rest of the team is even more surprised by Oishi's response. Apparently they did not know that Tezuka's elbow was once injured. He had injured it while he was in first year when one of the senpai's in the tennis club smashed a racket on it due to jealousy. Along with training his zero shiki drop shot, it resulted in damaging his elbow muscles. Tezuka had wanted to quit the club, but was stopped by Oishi, who had remembered Tezuka's passion about bringing Seigaku to the Nationals. The captain (Yamato) also joined in and told Tezuka not to quit. After the flashback, we already see that Tezuka is not holding back and has taken the first game.
